Email Alerts

Low Credits Reminder: Here you can choose at what point you would like to be notified that your balance is running low. You can also choose who gets this notification.

  • user email: This is the email listed in your user contact information
  • invoice email: This is the email listed in your invoice contact information
  • helpdesk: This will send the reminder to our customer service team
  • other emails: Choose to send this reminder to additional comma separated emails

Undelivered Message Alert: Here you can choose to be notified when a message has failed to reach it’s destination, this could signify a number that is no longer in use.You can also choose who gets this notification.

Email to SMS

Token: When sending using Email to SMS you need to include this token in the body of the email. Click here for more information.

Truncate Subject Line: When using Email to SMS, the subject of the email is used as the text label of the message. This can not exceed 11 characters. If you are using Email to SMS with a system generated email you may not always have control over the length of the subject. By selecting this option, we will ignore everything after the 11th character in order to successfully send your message.

API

Token: This token is used when sending messages via our API and is more secure than using your password. For more information on using the API visit our Developer Zone.

Other

Default Page: This is the page you will see after you login.

By default, send ‘from’: This enables you to set who your messages will appear to be sent from by default, either a text label or your VMN.

Idle timer: After this amount of inactivity you will be automatically logged out, for security.

Business Hours: Messages sent outside of your business hours will be rescheduled for the following morning. This is to prevent messages being sent at unreasonable hours.
