As OMS (Outlook Mobile Service) is based on a feature built directly into Microsoft Outlook there is only so much control we have over it.

If you are experiencing problems with OMS, you might be best contacting Microsoft.

However, we have found that most problems can be solved by removing the account and starting again. To give that a go, follow these instructions…

1. Click on the ‘File‘ tab

2. Under ‘Account Information‘, click ‘Account Settings‘, and then click ‘Account Settings‘.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then click ‘Remove‘.

4. To confirm removal of the account, click ‘Yes‘.

5. Login to fastsms and follow these instructions to reactivate OMS.

If this doesn’t solve your issue, please get in touch using our Live Chat facility at the bottom of the page.
